By creating a raffle, you accept the Terms & Conditions below (effective 2026-04-28).
1) Definitions
- Raffle: a blockchain raffle configured on this platform.
- Pending Escrow: raffle created but not yet live until escrow lock is completed.
- Live: raffle in active sale state after escrow lock and on-chain activation.
- BASC Pool: total BASC collected from ticket purchases for that raffle.
2) Eligibility & Compliance
- You confirm you are legally allowed to create/participate in raffles in your jurisdiction.
- You are solely responsible for gambling, lottery, tax, and other local legal compliance.
- The platform does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
3) Raffle Finality
- Once a raffle is live, it cannot be canceled or paused by the creator.
- The NFT remains escrow-locked until deterministic on-chain closure and settlement.
- While in pending escrow, the raffle is not yet live and not listed as active market inventory.
4) Economics
- Creator payout: 95% of BASC Pool.
- Protocol burn: 5% of BASC Pool.
- Creation fee and per-ticket platform fee apply exactly as shown in the UI at confirmation time.
- All on-chain fees and network costs are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
5) Technical Risks
- Blockchain congestion, RPC outages, wallet issues, and third-party failures may cause delays.
- You accept operational risks related to wallet software, signature flow, and infrastructure providers.
- No uptime, speed, fill-rate, profitability, or value guarantees are provided.
6) Execution & Automation
- Winner determination follows deterministic on-chain logic and recorded ticket state.
- Operational automation (close/settlement tooling) may execute delivery/payout/burn steps transparently.
- Users remain responsible for verifying wallet prompts and transaction details before signing.
7) Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- The platform disclaims warranties and is not liable for direct/indirect losses from blockchain, wallet, or network failures.
8) Updates & Notice
- Terms may be updated periodically with a new version and effective date.
- Notice may be provided via in-app modal/banner and updated legal page.
- New versions may require explicit re-acceptance before creating new raffles.
9) Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the jurisdiction designated by the platform's legal entity or official legal page.
- Any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction remain applicable where required by law.
