Something new we've seen introduced to the Goose combats is called the
SIGNAL WAR ROUND
We're given a series of emote symbols to react with [b]but[/b] they must be in the proper order or you're doomed.
Be on the look out for an event with three possible reactions and before you press one make sure you get the order of pressing them correct.
